Role OverviewThe Cereals Product Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end commercial success of the cereals portfolio by owning portfolio strategy, positioning, pricing, demand planning, and lifecycle execution. This role will be responsible for driving growth, competitiveness, and profitability across the cereals portfolio.
What You Will Do
The Cereals Product Manager will own and execute the cereals portfolio strategy, develop and implement product positioning, segmentation, and value propositions, lead pricing strategy and value realization efforts, and own the demand forecasting and planning process.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Agronomy, Commercial Leadership, Portfolio Management, Strategy, or related seed industry roles
- Demonstrated experience in the seed industry, with knowledge of cereals market dynamics and customer needs
- Proven ability to translate technical, agronomic, or product performance data into commercial business decisions and market strategies
