Job Description
Aramark is seeking a skilled AP-AR Coordinator to provide accurate financial information, support business objectives, and troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate is self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work independently and contribute to process improvements. This role requires previous experience in liaisoning with internal departments and clients and understanding of AP/AR processes.

Requirements

  • Assist in month end close activities.
  • Understand AP/AR processes.
  • Troubleshoot and solve process issues.
  • Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Respond to inquiries, research, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Compiling and reviewing financial information.
  • Prior experience as liaison within internal departments, as well as external clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
