Job Description

Requirements

  • Perform a full range of Certified Addiction Counselor duties
  • Obtain or provide relevant information for treatment
  • Provide assessment of substance abuse and addiction
  • Identify and document medical consequences of alcohol and other substance use
  • Facilitate the placement and management of patients in appropriate levels of care
