Role OverviewThe Critical Care Tech assists with patients' activities of daily living and supports the overall plan of care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role involves direct communication with and support for the healthcare team, patients, and their families or significant others.
What You Will Do
Perform technical duties as directed by RN (phlebotomy, vital signs, point of care testing, EKGs, Foley catheter care) and document appropriately. Identify and communicate changes in patient status to RN and respond appropriately, maintaining safe patient practices.

Requirements
- 0-2 years' experience required
- High School/GED required
- AHA Basic Life Support certification required
- Successful phlebotomy/EKG competency must be completed during orientation
