Job Description
We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a Patient Educator (PE) to join our team. The Patient Educator (PE) will provide education about specific diabetes treatments, and resources to help patients better begin and manage their diabetes and resources associated with their prescribed medication.

Requirements

  • Must work from a dedicated workspace in their primary home residence
  • Experience with direct patient interaction and support for persistence and compliance
  • Demonstrated time management skills; planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated effective presentation skills; excellent interpersonal (written/verbal/virtual) communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional partners
  • Fully competent in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Excellent documentation accuracy
  • Drive and enthusiasm for supporting patients
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
