Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Educator (PE) to join our team, providing education about diabetes treatments and resources to help patients manage their condition.

Requirements

  • Must work from a dedicated workspace in their primary home residence
  • Experience with direct patient interaction and support for persistence and compliance
  • Demonstrated time management skills; planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
  • Fully competent in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Excellent documentation accuracy
  • Drive and enthusiasm for supporting patients
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
