Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Educator to provide education about specific diabetes treatments and resources to help patients better begin and manage their diabetes.

Requirements

  • Work from a dedicated workspace in their primary home residence
  • Experience with direct patient interaction and support for persistence and compliance
  • Demonstrated time management skills; planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated effective presentation skills; excellent interpersonal (written/verbal/virtual) communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional partners
  • Fully competent in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Excellent documentation accuracy
  • Drive and enthusiasm for supporting patients
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
