Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Educator to provide education about specific diabetes treatments and resources to help patients better begin and manage their diabetes. The role involves participating in one-on-one communications with enrolled patients via telephone, video platforms, email and SMS.

Requirements

  • Must work from a dedicated workspace in their primary home residence
  • Experience with direct patient interaction and support for persistence and compliance
  • Demonstrated time management skills; planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
