Certified Dialysis Technician

Requirements

• Current Dialysis Technician Certification (CHT or CCHT)
• BLS Certification
• Basic Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Patient Information Database
• Must pass Ishihara Test for Color Deficiency prior to employment
