Role OverviewThe Certified Dietary Manager directs the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring residents receive nutritious meals that meet physician orders and therapeutic diet requirements. This leadership role works closely with nursing, rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary teams to support outstanding resident care.

Oversee daily operations, supervise team members, ensure meal preparation and service, maintain compliance with regulations, monitor food quality and safety, manage inventory and budget, and participate in resident care planning.

Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required or eligible to obtain
- Previous experience as a Dietary Manager, Certified Dietary Manager, Food Service Manager, or healthcare dietary leader preferred
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, long-term care, hospital, or healthcare environment preferred
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets, nutrition management, sanitation standards, and food service operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ServSafe Certification is preferred
