Role OverviewWe are hiring per diem, as needed Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to care for our participants in West New York. Under the direction and supervision of the Home Care Coordinator/Registered Nurse, assists participants in the home with duties essential to the patient’s health in accordance with the patient’s individualized care plan.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Home Health Aide License -- New Jersey
