What You Will Do
Complete maintenance service requests and repairs, care for supplies and equipment, supply personal tools, clean work area and tools, assist in preventive maintenance projects, and respond to emergency calls.

Requirements
- Three years of experience in apartment maintenance
- HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
- Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair
- Proficient in use of computers and online applications
- Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required
