Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CMA certification from an accredited program
  • BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
  • Willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfaction
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
