Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our care team at Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to safely administer medications, document outcomes, and support residents in a positive and caring environment.
What You Will Do
Safely administer medications as prescribed and accurately document administration, effectiveness, and any side effects. Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, including potential medication interactions or adverse reactions.

Requirements
- Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide (MA-C) training program, including classroom and clinical components
- Must hold a CMA (Medication Aide) certification and CNA certification in the practicing state (OR)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Interest in and commitment to supporting long-term care residents
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Must pass a background check and reference review
