Requirements

  • Successfully completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program
  • Passed the state competency exam and are in good standing with the Nurse Aide Registry
  • Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism in caring for older adults
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively with residents, families, and team members
