Role OverviewA Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) functions in a supportive relationship to professional disciplines and may function as an extension of these professional services with appropriate supervision and guidance assisting in the care of individuals in the long term care and assisted living/developmentally disabled facilities.
What You Will Do
Assists with personal care procedures, health related tasks, and homemaking and housekeeping activities to maintain or achieve the patient's optimal level of health.

Must have current Driver's License, free of any serious violations, and vehicle required for position. One (1) year of experience in a clinical setting and nursing assistant experience preferred.
Requirements
- Completion of a NY State approved Certified Nurse Aide training program with CNA Certificate.
- High school diploma, GED preferred.
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care encouraged.
- Current Driver's License, free of any serious violations, and vehicle required for position.
- One (1) year of experience in a clinical setting and nursing assistant experience preferred.
