Certified Nurses Aide

Requirements

• Assists residents in the activities of daily living
• Follow resident plan of care
• Report changes in resident condition
• Provide clean and safe environment for resident and staff
• Respond to each resident’s call light promptly
• Accurately documents required data in a timely manner
• Identify safety hazards and emergency situations
• Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene
• Comply with CGP’s Code of Conduct
• Maintain strict standards of resident confidentiality
• Know and abide by all policies and procedures
• Follow established performance standards
• Reliable and consistent physical attendance
• Contributes to a positive, healthy, and safe work environment
• Attend in-service training and education sessions
• Maintain current certification
