Job Description
Creston Specialty Care is hiring a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for a customizable schedule. As a CNA with AffiniCare, you will be able to pick what hours you prefer to work and travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months of verifiable experience working as a CNA
  • Active CNA certification
  • Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
  • Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
