Role OverviewThe Atrium at Rocky Hill is hiring a Full Time CNA for 2nd Shift (3p-11p) with every other weekend rotation. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support. Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a compassionate CNA with a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required. Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired. The role offers a starting hourly rate of $19.25 and a variety of benefits including holidays, paid training, and tuition reimbursement.
