Role OverviewProvides direct care to participants in a PACE center, collecting data, performing basic nursing procedures, and assisting with treatments. Works under the supervision of a Manager, PACE RN.
What You Will Do
Collects data, performs basic nursing procedures, documents patient status, and maintains accurate medical records. Assists with treatments and procedures, and ensures confidentiality of patient records.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year - Experience working with a frail elderly population
