Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing Hospice Company in Philadelphia, PA. The caregiver will be responsible for caring for a census of 5-6 patients and assisting with ADL activities, toileting, and positioning.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Meets training requirements of the State
  • Received a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
  • Must have one year experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide
  • Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
  • The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
