Role OverviewAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.), you will assist in daily routine or episodic daily nursing aide care in a clinically intensive program for individuals with brain injuries or behavioral conditions. You will work with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives.
What You Will Do
Your duties include administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines, assisting individuals to become more a part of their communities, and helping the program to meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current C.N.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
- Strong time management and writing skills
- At least 21 years of age
- Current, valid, US drivers' license for at least 6 months
- CPR, First Aid certification within 2 weeks of employment
- MAP certification within 150 days of employment
- CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA certification and driving record check
