Role OverviewA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will work in a full-time position, 6am to 6pm, at Oakwood Community Living Center in Dyersburg, TN. The role involves conducting direct care rounds, maintaining positive relationships with residents, and ensuring infection prevention and control practices. The CNA will also coordinate new admissions, transfers, and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) include conducting regular direct care rounds, monitoring activity, and ensuring residents' needs are met. The CNA will also obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by the charge nurse, complete assigned duties and documentation, and maintain a safe and clean work area.
