Job Description
Performs non-professional nursing work in the care of patients/residents and their quarters in hospitals, infirmaries, long-term care units, or domiciliary care units.
Requirements
Six (6) months of experience as an Aide Trainee
One year of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents
Graduation from high school or equivalent
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
Registration and certification by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as having met competency requirements for performing nurse aide work
