Job Description
Role Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.), you will assist in daily routine or episodic daily nursing aide care in a clinically intensive program for individuals with brain injuries, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or psychiatric conditions, and complex health needs.

What You Will Do

Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines, assist individuals to become more a part of their communities, and help the program meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current C.N.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
  • Strong time management and writing skills
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Current, valid, US drivers' license for at least 6 months
  • CPR, First Aid certification within 2 weeks of employment
  • MAP certification within 150 days of employment
  • CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA certification and driving record check
