Role OverviewJoin the Ponce Health & Rehabilitation Center team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist in promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
What You Will Do
Provide personal care, ambulate and transfer residents, record vital signs, and participate in collecting data for the MDS and plan of care.

Requirements
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from state of Florida
- Current/active CPR certification, preferred
- At least one (1) year Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
