Role OverviewAs a Hospice Aide (CNA), you will provide hands-on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure each patient's physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include providing personalized care, assisting with personal care, being dedicated to customer service, providing support for families, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting
- Current CPR certification if state-mandated
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation
