Role OverviewAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at RNS Private Duty Care, you will provide one-on-one care in a client's home, allowing you to slow down, build meaningful relationships, and focus on the person in front of you. You'll have the support of a local leadership team and a nurse case manager overseeing your clients.
What You Will Do
You will provide compassionate, one-on-one care based on the client's needs and care plan, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor clients for changes in condition.

Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- High School Diploma
- Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policies
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities
- Daily access to RNS email
- Fluent in English
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate, professional, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to meet the physical and mental requirements of the role
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Current TB test or willingness to complete one within 90 days of hire
