Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current enrollment in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience at long-term care facility
- Current BLS Certification (must include hands-on component)
- MatrixCare experience preferred, EHR required
- Successful completion of all pre-employment requirements, incl background check and drug screen
- Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Ability to accurately collect, document, and communicate patient information
- Understanding of behavioral health and age-related care considerations
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
