Role OverviewSupport residents with daily care needs while promoting a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment. Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will provide hands-on care, monitor resident well-being, and help ensure the highest quality of life for those entrusted to your care.
What You Will Do
Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor and document vital signs and other health-related observations, and maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification/Registration
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association compliant)
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an Aide Trainee or 1 year of paid experience caring for geriatric, long-term care, or medically complex patients
- Successful completion of all pre-employment screening and clearance requirements, incl background check and fingerprinting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to accurately collect, document, and communicate patient information
- Understanding of behavioral health and age-related care considerations
