Requirements
- Current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of MA
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently
