What You Will Do
The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist residents with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and room care. They will also support residents during mealtimes, observe and report changes in resident condition, and document care provided.

Requirements
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification and listing on the Nurse Aide Registry
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to person-centered care, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting, walking, and use of mechanical lifts
- Valid driver's license (for those transporting residents)
- Successful completion of Wisconsin Caregiver background check
