Role OverviewWe are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team at Benchmark at Stamford. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
What You Will Do
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required. Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
