Role OverviewAs a Home Assistance CNA, you will provide excellent personal care to clients, maintain a safe environment in clients' homes, and provide medication reminders as instructed by the RN. You will also consult with Clinical and office staff on client problems and be involved with long and short-term goals that are consistent with the organization's vision, mission, values, and goals.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include keeping Client Service Coordinators informed of schedule availability, providing timely, accurate, and high-quality services in accordance with client needs, and maintaining AHA continuing education requirements.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Maryland Board of Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Valid Maryland Board of Nursing Certified Medication Technician/Certified Medication Aide (CMT/CMA) preferred
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Active American Heart Association First Aid Certification required
- One year or more of experience after certification preferred but not required
- Score of 80% or more on the CNA Skills Assessment Test and ability to pass skills lab testing
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
