What You Will Do
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor and report changes in patient condition, support rehabilitation goals, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements
- Completion of an accredited CNA program
- Active PA state CNA license
- Current BLS Certification
- At least one year of relevant field experience
