Provide daily nursing care and services to residents, following the resident's assessment and care plan, and as directed by supervisors.

Must possess a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant Course, be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant, and have 1 year of experience in long term care or skilled nursing.
Requirements
- Must possess, as a minimum, a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant Course
- Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state
- Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Required education: High school or equivalent
- Required experience: long term care or skilled nursing: 1 year
- Required license or certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
