Job Description
A Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to residents with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. The position requires patience, compassion, and a desire to care for the elderly in a gentle and empathetic manner.
Requirements
Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the certification board or is a graduate of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state-approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment
High School Graduate/GED preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care preferred
