What You Will Do

Deliver individualized therapy based on treatment plans, track and document patient progress, work with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, and lead or assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited school
  • Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Previous experience in an occupational therapy setting (hospital, clinic, school, etc.) is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply
