Role OverviewEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services. The COTA will teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team, and perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a graduate of an approved school of clinical education, a valid state driver license, and CPR certification. Experience as a licensed therapy assistant is preferred, and Medicare home health or hospice experience is also preferred.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification
