Role OverviewEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services. The COTA will teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team, and perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
