Role OverviewEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services to clients in their homes. The COTA will work under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver exceptional care and foster a collaborative culture.

The COTA will provide therapy services to clients in their homes, working under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist.
