Role OverviewConcept Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN basis, providing occupational therapy services within a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the greater Dayton, Ohio area.
What You Will Do
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary care teams to help patients regain skills, improve functional performance, and maximize independence in daily activities.

Requirements
- Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, facility personnel, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and meet productivity expectations
