Implement and execute established patient treatment plans, communicate with patients and team members, and provide timely written documentation.

Requirements
- Current COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) License
- Current CPR
- At least one (1) experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
