What You Will Do
Complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area, assisting licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to patients.

Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification
