As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients.
What You Will Do
This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area. You will assist our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification
