Role OverviewWe are looking for a committed and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support individuals in developing, recovering, or sustaining vital daily living and work skills. In this role, you will deliver client-centered services that enable individuals to carry out daily tasks and activities with confidence and independence.
What You Will Do
Address client's aspects of performance, select and adapt occupational therapy treatment models, apply interventions to maximize safety and performance, and teach clients new ways of approaching tasks.

Requirements
- COTA certification required
- Home care or rehab experience preferred
- Proven working experience as Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of Occupational Therapy
- Hands-on experience with computer programs and creative media
- Familiarity with ADLs evaluation tools (e.g., Katz ADL scale, Lawton IADL scale)
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession
