Job Description
The Certified Peer Crisis Specialist is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of mental health and addiction recovery. The role involves deploying to individuals in crisis, providing support and de-escalation, and connecting clients to care. The ideal candidate will have lived experience with mental health and/or addiction recovery and be certified by the state.

Requirements

  • Lived experience with mental health and/or addiction recovery
  • State Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
