Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Peer Recovery Coach to engage, inspire, and facilitate meaningful conversations with members served to assist them in exploring, creating, and meeting their own recovery goals. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification, and experience supporting members served with behavioral health challenges.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification through CalMHSA
  • One (1) year or part-time equivalent of experience supporting members served with behavioral health challenges
  • Experience as a beneficiary of the public Behavioral Health system of care
  • Successful completion of Peer Support Training or Peer Employment Training
  • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
