Requirements

• Active PA Peer Specialist Certification
• Self-identify as an individual in recovery from a mental health condition
• High School diploma or GED
• Within the past three years has maintained: Minimum 12 months successful work or volunteer experience OR Earned at least 24 credit hours at a college or post-secondary educational institution
• Preferred experience with: Supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse need, Crisis services, behavioral health, or recovery settings, Knowledge of community resources and peer support networks
• Strong computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and willingness to drive throughout Bucks County
• Ability to document effectively in an electronic health records system
• Physical ability to meet job requirements (with or without accommodation)
