Certified Pharmacy Technician

This is a part-time Certified Pharmacy Technician position located in Hotchkiss, CO. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner, providing a safe and inclusive environment, and offering the right products and services. The technician will support health and wellness initiatives and assist the pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist's professional judgment.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include supporting company health and wellness initiatives, maintaining current national and/or state registration or certification, assisting the pharmacist, providing a stellar customer experience while completing steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing, and supporting coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians. The role also involves compounding medications, performing post fill audits, supporting non-dispensing services, completing CLIA-waived screenings, and complying with sanitation and safety regulations.
